1.No changes or cancellations will be allowed after registration. No refunds will be made for over- or duplicate payments.
2. The organizer will decide on a case-by-case basis how to notify of reduction, cancellation, or postponement of the event due to earthquake, windstorm, flood, snowfall, incident, accident, illness, etc.
3. The participation fee will not be refunded in the event of cancellation or postponement as described in 2. above.
4. Participants must obtain permission to participate in the event from their parents or guardians (if the participant is a minor). False declaration of age, etc., or entry of a runner other than the applicant himself/herself (substitute runner) is not permitted. If such misrepresentation is discovered, the entry will be cancelled.
5. Participants agree to allow their images, photographs, articles, records, etc., taken during the event to be reported, published, and used in television, newspapers, magazines, the Internet, pamphlets, reports by the organizers, etc. The organizers reserve the right to publish and use such images, photographs, articles, records, etc., and to use them in any way. The rights of publication and use of such information shall belong to the organizer.
6. The Participant shall follow the safety management and operational instructions of the organizer.
7. The Participant agrees to receive first-aid treatment in the event of injury or illness during the event. The organizers will not be held responsible for the method or progress of such treatment.
8. The Participant releases the organizer from liability for accidents, loss, theft, injury or illness during the event, and shall not make any claim for compensation.
9. The participant agrees that compensation for accidents, injuries, and illnesses during the event will be covered by the insurance policy purchased by the organizer.
